How can I add my picture to my profile?      back to top

Once you are logged in, go to the "My Profile" page from your account menu.  You should see a blank user-avatar on the left side of the profile box, click on "Change Selection" under the blank avatar to add your picture.



I can not finish my account setup because it won't accept my web address, how do I fix this?

When adding your web address, use only lowercase letters and be sure to begin your URL with http://



How long does it take for my profile to be live on this site?

Once you create your profile, you will be sent a confirmation email.  Once you click the link on that email to confirm your account, your profile will be live instantly!  It can not get much faster than that!



If I submit a listing, how long until it is live on your site?      back to top

Once you have finished all the listing steps, it will be live immediately!



The base closest to my listing is not on your site, how do I add it?      back to top

If you feel that the base you are looking for is not listed, please contact us and we will be glad to add it!



How do I pay for my listing?      back to top

You pay on the last step of submiting your listing.  Once you have previewed your listing and everything looks up to par, then you pay on the next step.  We have partnered with PayPal to handle all of our financial transactions.  PayPal is #1 in the world for accepting secure credit card payments online!



My listing is sold, how can I remove it from your site?      back to top

Log in to your account and click on "My Listings."  You will see a drop down menu on your listing that says "visible," click the down arrow and choose the "sold" option.  Your listing will remain on the site for up to 5 more days, but will show that it is sold.



How do I remove/cancel my listing?      back to top

Log in to your account and click on "My Listings."  Click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the listing in which you want to remove.



How can I spread the word about my specific listing?      back to top

On your listing details page, you will see links to several social media websites.  Simply click the respective buttons, to share your listing with your friends and family on those sites.  Also, from your listings details page, click on "Print a Flyer" located on the left under the pictures.  Print out 100's of flyers and distribute everywhere!



How do I print flyers?      back to top

On your listing details page, there is a "Print a Flyer" link under the pictures on the left side of the page.  Simply click the link and hit print!
