6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between ListingZoo, LLC dba MilitaryHomeStore.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. MilitaryHomeStore.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. 7. Submissions
By using this site and its features including but not limited to: (searching for home listings on third party sites, working with any real estate agents listed on this site, supplying your info for needing to sell your home, supplying your info to get connected to a trusted military mortgage specialist, etc) you agree and understand that MilitaryHomeStore.com may be compensated by these third party service providers. We simply connect you (the consumer) with a service provider that may pay to receive website traffic and/or leads. You agree that any materials, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of e-mail or submissions to us, or postings on the Sites, are non-confidential (subject to our Privacy Policy). We will own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and will be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
